This challenge will give you a chance to refocus on your protein goal but also eating a variety of foods to support your heart health, energy levels and improve mood. The aim of this challenge though is to intentionally include protein with each meal. This way you are likely to hit your target without having track the grams. Protein is great for bones, muscles, cartilage and skin. It helps repair tissue. We will also be adding in fruit and veg, complex carbs and looking at hydration over this 7 day Challenge
