This is a course working on really shaping and defining the upper body. Working on key areas such as the back of the arm. Combining the upper body with the core sessions means you get all key areas worked in this particular course. You will enjoy these fun, sculping varied sessions. This course combines 6 sessions of upper body strength, fitness and core but here is no time limit so you can work at your own pace.
