This is a 10k run plan for improver level. So you must be able to run/jog for at least 50-60 mins continuously. Ideally you have already run a few 5 km runs. You will receive 2 run sessions a week and 1 strength and conditioning session. You work at your own pace and ensure you warm up and cooldown for each session. Listen to your body and never push through pain. This plan is 8 weeks.
