About

Barre uses movements inspired by dance, pilates and yoga to help sculpt and also for cardiovascular endurance. This three week course with one session a week is the perfect introduction to fitness, or in addition to another course or activity. Each session is different. We have one with no kit, another on the floor and one using a chair.
