This is a great starting point if you do not yet have a fitness routine, have been on a break from regular exercise or just want to try something new. If you want to cover all bases in one fitness course then this is the one for you. The course includes classes such as full body, upper body, core, lower body, compound moves and low impact work. The suggestion is to do either 2 sessions a week over 3 weeks or 1 session a week over 6 weeks., so you can tailor the course to your level of fitness or lifestyle.
