About

This is a 3 week course designed to tone and strengthen these problem areas. You will benefit from the sculpting and toning effect throughout and includes specific sessions focussing on inner thighs for instance. Working at your own level throughout and ensure you complete the warm up and cooldown provided. This course is three weeks, combining 6 sessions of lower body strength, fitness and core.
