Around the age of 30 we begin to lose approx. 1% of our muscle mass each year, so strength training is key during the menopause to help bone density, muscle tone and fat loss. The upper and lower body strength course will provide this for you. This course covers all key areas that might be causing us concern during the menopause; Legs, back of the arm, inner thighs, booty, back etc. This course is four weeks, combining 8 sessions of upper body and lower body strength.
